Deputies said they were unable to locate those involved in a fight. *Steven Michael Koepke, 19, was cited for an illegal fire in the 8000 block of Illinois River Road. *In the 3200 block of Lakeshore Drive a woman said she saw two men per- forming oral sex on each other at the Selma Ceme- tery at 9:29 p.m. She said she chased them off. *In the 2600 block of Demaray Drive some citi- zens said a poodle and re- triever-mix dog were hit by a car and appeared to be dead. Deputies left a mes- sage for the dogs’ owners. *A citizen in the 10400 block of Takilma Road said loud music in the area was a continuing problem. *Chad E. Richardson, 25, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of an intoxicant. *A citizen said two bears were visible walking in a wooded area in the 900 block of N. Old Stage Road. Sunday, August 31 *In the 3600 block of Lone Mountain Road a man said he was pepper sprayed by another man. Deputies said it was over a trespassing dispute. *Norman B. Peterson, 24, was cited for failure to change his address on his driver’s license near the intersection of Eight Dollar Road and Redwood Hwy. *In the 3000 block of Lone Mountain Road a man said he heard a “may day” call over his ham ra- dio. He said someone was being harassed, possibly with a gun. Peter S. Irvin, 38, was detained a released by deputies and warned for trespassing. *In the 200 block of S. Watkins a woman said she lost her keys. *At Jubilee Park, Kim Hursh, 50, was told to leave and never come back to the park by deputies. Her parole officer was also notified. *In the 18400 block of Redwood Hwy. deputies warned two men over a reported case of road rage. Deputies said the location was a va- cant house and they did not see dogs or buzzards. *Deputies responded to a verbal argument be- tween roommates in the 200 block of Airport Drive. *At Jubilee Park two teenagers had a fight. Deputies filed a report for fourth-degree assault. *A citizen in the 27800 block of Redwood Hwy. said a vehicle was driving north in a reckless manner. *A woman in the 5600 block of Caves Hwy. said a man that was kicked out of the house two days ago had entered the house through a window to get a VCR. Deputies filed a re- port for second-degree theft. Monday, Sept. 1 *In the 31000 block of Redwood Hwy. deputies responded to an automo- bile crash at 11:35 a.m. Two people were trans- ported to Three Rivers Community Hospital for their injuries. No more information was given. *In the 2500 block of deputies responded to a landlord and tenant dis- pute. *In the 23600 block of Redwood Hwy. a woman wanted deputies to check on the welfare of her grandchild. She said a man at the residence could harm the child. Deputies said the man was not there and everything was OK. *In the 1500 block of Boundary Road a man said a woman claimed she wanted to take a car and go kill herself. Deputies for- warded a description of her vehicle to other agencies for patrol. Tuesday, Sept. 2 *Deputies responded to a non-injury accident on Redwood Hwy. in Kerby. A vehicle went into a ditch. *A citizen said three horses were spotted run- ning on Illinois River Road in the 100 block. Deputies were unable to locate the horses. *In the 200 block of S. Caves Hwy. Robin Marie Logan, 41, and Richard A. Day, 62, were arrested and transported to the Jose- phine County Jail in Grants Pass for a domestic dispute. *A man in the 100 block of S. Redwood Hwy. reported his cell phone was missing. The item was val- ued at $100. *In the 3600 block of Lone Mountain Road deputies seized 47 mature marijuana plants. *In the 6400 block of Lakeshore Drive a woman said a man was yelling at her concerning a divorce. Deputies said the couple was going to try to work out their personal property issues. *In the 5600 block of Caves Hwy. a woman said a couple “repossessed” her vehicle because her ex- boyfriend owed them money. Deputies filed a report for a stolen vehicle. *In the 500 block of W. River Street a woman said a jeep heading toward town was driving too fast. *Deputies received a report of a deceased deer in the road in the 23500 block of Redwood Hwy. *In the 300 block of Waldamar Road deputies recovered the vehicle re- moved illegally from the 5600 block of Caves Hwy. earlier in the evening. *Rita M Templin, 52, was placed on a peace offi- cer mental hold at “Forks” Park. She was transported to Three Rivers Commu- nity Hospital. Wednesday, Sept. 3 *In the 100 block of Caves Avenue a man said someone was using a busi- ness dumpster for personal trash.
