Kerby Avenue, a man re- ported two people going through mailboxes. Tuesday, March 4 *There was a report of a suspicious person hanging around Lorna Byrne Middle School at 12:09 p.m. *A man in the 1200 block of Waldo Road reported that he suspected his neighbor had pulled his gate post from the ground and removed a lock and chain. *In the 24000 block of Redwood Hwy. a man was advised of his civil options regarding Internet fraud. *At 2:06 p.m. there was a report of three intoxicated per- sons in Jubilee Park. *Jennyrose Churchill- Ernst, 19, was cited on a charge of failure to yield to a school bus at 3 p.m. in the 24000 block of Redwood Hwy. *In the 100 block of Iron Way a man violated a restrain- ing order. *A man in the 24000 block of Redwood Hwy. re- ported that people in a car had tried to run over him. *Cory Dalton Newkirk, 40, was arrested on a charge of fourth-degree domestic as- sault at 7:38 p.m. in the 4500 block of Waldo Road. Wednesday, March 5 *A disabled vehicle was found off the roadway at Red- wood Hwy. and Eight Dollar Mountain Road at 7:15 a.m. *I.V. Golf Club reported that a chainsaw, work light, floor jack and an undeter- mined amount of gasoline had been removed from a locked shop. Locks had been cut from the shop door and a gas tank. *Two children were re- turned to their father in the 24000 block of Redwood Hwy. Thursday, March 6 *In the 100 block of Deer Creek Road a man was warned about a criminal tres- pass at another location. *A male juvenile person was arrested on a charge of probation violation in Jubilee Park at 1:09 p.m. *Ronald R. Vetkos, 35, was arrested on a charge of second-degree forgery at 2:19 p.m. in the 200 block of N. Redwood Hwy. *Goats in the middle of the roadway in the 35000 block of Redwood Hwy. were found by a deputy. *There was a family dis- turbance in the 100 block of Hogue Drive, but it turned out that everyone was OK. It was re- ported to county public works. *A stop sign was reported missing at Dick George Road and Takilma Road. Public works was advised. *A woman who did not like a referee’s call at a Boys and Girls Club basketball game assaulted the referee, grabbing her face, hitting her arm and shoving her, it was reported. The woman was also reported to have gotten into a shoving match with a gym teacher at the game at Lorna Byrne Middle School. *People in the 1200 block of Waldo Road were advised of their options regarding a civil matter at 11:37 a.m. *A possibly intoxicated man was seen staggering to a vehicle and having trouble with a seatbelt in the 33000 block of Redwood Hwy. *Dane G. James, 19, was cited on a charge of speeding at 2:03 p.m. in the 23000 block of Redwood Hwy. *Pinkney Lain Preston, 45, was cited on a charge of third-degree theft after refus- ing to pay for food from King’s Chinese Cuisine. *James L. Tritle, 21, was arrested on charges of resist- ing arrest, obstructing govern- ment administration, failure to carry and present, interfering with a police officer, and at- tempted assault of a police officer in the 400 block of S. Redwood Hwy. at 3:09 p.m. *A man in the 5500 block of Westside Road reported that someone (who didn’t leave a name) hit his chain- link fence, causing approxi- mately $600 worth of damage. *In the 1500 block of Deer Creek Road, a man re- ported a suspicious vehicle being left on property he is caretaker for. A deputy left the registered owner a message as to the vehicle location. Sunday, March 9 *Medical assistance was rendered a woman who had been drinking in the 17000 block of Redwood Hwy. at 1:12 a.m. *There was a 911 hang-up call from the 1600 block of Rockydale Road. *Maureen Elizabeth Craugh, 37, was cited on charges of driving while sus- pended (DWS), and having no liability insurance at 2:35 p.m. in the 500 block of S. Red- wood Hwy. *In the 300 block of Caves Hwy. it was reported that a female juvenile person was throwing two other juve- niles into traffic at 4:28 p.m. *Assistance was rendered a man who wanted to speak to a deputy about medical mari- juana in the 28000 block of Redwood Hwy. Monday, March 10 *Debra Ann Elderlam- beth, 50, was cited on a charge of no operator’s license in the 400 block of S. Redwood Hwy. at 1:32 a.m. *James Douglas Brock, 52, was cited on charges of no Oregon driver’s license, no insurance, and speeding (60 in a 45 mph zone), at 5:11 a.m. in the 25000 block of Red- wood Hwy. *In the 27000 block of Redwood Hwy., a man re- ported unauthorized use of a vehicle. *A man in the 500 block of Pinewood Way reported that someone shot his son with a .BB gun while he was get- ting into a car to go to school. *In the 100 block of Ken Rose Lane a man reported both his sons as runaways.
