STAHS cookbooks on sale, just $12 The Siletz Tribal Arts & Heritage Society has created a cookbook as a fundraiser. Affordably priced at $12, the cook- book is filled with recipes submitted by members and friends of the Siletz Tribe and will make the perfect Christmas gift for friends and family. This application must be filed with the Election Board by 4 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2017. I also understand that if for any reason I decide to withdraw my application for Siletz Tribal Council, I must withdraw in writing by 4 p.m. on Dec. 22, 2017. Otherwise, my name will appear in the Voter’s Pamphlet and on the ballot. Submissions for the next contest must be received before Dec. 30 at 5 p.m. One winner selected from ages 5-8 and one winner selected from ages 9-14 will receive a Sonicare toothbrush. One entry per patient per contest, please. In order to maximize the oral health of the community through these prizes, a patient can only win the contest once through the duration of the contest. If you would like your candidate’s statement and photo to appear in the Voter’s Pamphlet, please submit your statement and a recent 3x5 photograph of your- self along with your application. Candidate statements must be no longer than 750 words and must not be derogatory or contain personal attacks on any one individual. Statements and photos will appear in the Voter’s Pamphlet.
