Chinook Winds hires Blacketer as marketing director Josh Blacketer has returned to Chi- nook Winds Casino Resort as the director of marketing. He is a Siletz Tribal member who has years of experience in the mar- keting field. Prior to his departure from Chinook Winds in 2012, Blacketer was casino mar- keting manager and then led our Hospital- ity Team, which included management of the hotel. He was an integral part of the creation of our BEACH core values. He moved to Ohio in July 2012 to work for the Horseshoe Cleveland Casino as an executive host and eventually trans- ferred to the Promotions Department. In 2014, he moved on to the Potawa- tomi Hotel and Casino as its promotions manager, where he gained valuable “Josh is bringing back valuable expe- rience he has gained from other proper- ties.
