Fisher named to all-league team Congratulations to Rylan “Rhino” Fisher for an outstanding high school football season! He is a junior at Taft High 7-12 in Lincoln City, Ore., and is the son of Randall and Becky Fisher. For the 2014 football season, Fisher had 1,246 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns. He averaged 124.6 yards a game and 14.6 yards per catch. He led the state of Oregon in all classifications in all receiving catego- ries, as well as Washington and Idaho, and was 15 th in the entire United States for junior wide receivers. He earned unanimous first team honors for the West Valley League, a MaxPreps/OACA Football Player of the Week Award and helped the Taft Tigers reach the state playoffs for the first time in 11 years.
