the toilet

•• After handling pet food or pet treats
•• After touching garbage
HOW DO WE HANDWASH?
Alcohol Based Hand Gel! (Best Option)
•• Wet your hands with Alcohol Based Hand
Gel
•• Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds.
Need a timer? Hum “Row Row your boat”
song from beginning to end twice.
Soap & Water!
•• Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold),
and apply soap.
•• Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap.
Be sure to lather the backs of your hands, between your
fingers, and under your nails.
•• Scrub your hands for at least 60 seconds.
•• Rinse hands well under clean, running water.
•• Dry hands using a clean towel or air dry them.
Crooked teeth and teeth that do not fit together correctly are harder
to keep clean, are at risk of being lost early due to tooth decay and
periodontal disease, and cause extra stress on the chewing muscles.
More focus on dental care and oral hygiene is essential more often
with orthodontic services such as braces or retainers. We have an
approved program that provides orthodontic services to CHS
eligible members. We have current resources available to provide
additional services to CHS eligible members.
