Chinook Winds Casino Resort has six different parties to cover every age group, complete with fancy hats and noisy favors. Adult revelers can join the free party upstairs at 9 p.m. in the convention center with live music from Big Night Out. Up to 1,000 lucky Winners Circle members get to dance the night away, so get your tickets now. Champagne is available for purchase at most events. The Rogue River Steakhouse Lounge has DJ Metal spinning tunes from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tickets are just $20 to this 21-and-older bash. We will serve supper from 5-9 p.m. and then close for one hour to get ready for the NYE party. At Aces Sports Bar & Grill, Flexor T hits the stage to ring in 2014.
