TRIBAL MEMBER NEWS Great Season, Leland! New Babies! Quinton Kai with love from your family Leland “Brother" Butler finished his baseball season with the Dallas 12A All-Star team. He led the league in home runs, batting .459. He pitched 30 innings with 55 strikeouts during the regular season. Way to go, Brother! Trina Butler and Ronald Buckland are the proud parents of a beautiful little boy named Quinton Kai; born at I 1:37 p.m. on July 20. 2006. He weighed 8 pounds, 14% ounces and was 21 inches long. Fish to Wed Paulk in Florida Jeff Fish and Melissa Paulk will marry at the wedding chapel in Inverness, Fla., on Sept. 15. 2006. The couple will reside in nearby Hernando, Fla., where they already have a home. Graduates! Leland "Brother ” Butler Stuart Whitehead Clark College Rilatos Receives Award for 28 Years of Service Congratulations to Stuart White- head on his graduation with honors from Clark College. He received his associate of applied science - network administrator and data networking. The family is so proud of you and glad that you have returned home. Siletz Tribal elder Chewescla DePoe appears with dignitaries at the Daybreak Star Pow-Wow, honoring the late Bernny White Bear, on July 23, 2006, in Seattle. Antonio “Tony” Delgado died July 27, 2006, at age 76. Antonio was born July 29, 1929, in Vernonia and lived in Portland most of his life. A graduate of Cleveland High School, he worked 35 years as an aircraft machinist for Boeing. In 1955, he married Phyllis Oleman. Survivors include his wife; his daughter. Antoinette David; sisters. Charlotte Squires and Diane Robertson; brother. Andrew; and three grandsons. His son, Andrew, died in 1991. Remembrances to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Arrangements by Bateman Carroll.
