He played concerts with Dolly Parton, Conway Twitty, Wayion Jennings, Brenda Lee, Kitty Wells, Little Jimmy Dickens, and Ernest Tubb. He was a songwriter for Conway Twitty and performed the national anthem for Daytona Speed Week.
