JOB OPENINGS POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT POSITION: PC Support Associate LOCATION: Siletz, Oregon SALARY: $25,774 annually SUPERVISOR: Information Systems Analyst CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Non-Exempt POSITION: Physical Therapy Aide/ Receptionist LOCATION: Siletz, Oregon SALARY: $19,807 annually SUPERVISOR: Physical Therapist Asst. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Ability to relate well to clinic patients, staff, and the general public. Must be able to adhere to the confidentiality of information and individuals as described in the CTSI personnel manual and federal law. Typing ability of 40 wpm, with word-processing or computer experience desired. Good oral and written communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet visitors, answer telephone, schedule patients for treatment, make necessary referrals, and send required medical information to proper sources. Receive and sort departmental mail. Provide clerical, typing, filing, and data entry support, order supplies, and maintenance for the physical therapy staff. Handle routine administrative duties in the physical therapy unit, such as maintaining records, ordering medical information, and scheduling training and travel. Route patients to appropriate treatment areas. Assist with patient’s treatment preparation, assist as necessary during treatment and at the conclusion of treatment. Assist in maintaining an orderly and clean state throughout the physical therapy unit. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED, plus one year experience working in a computer networking environment. One year experience using Windows 95 and one year experience in computer maintenance. Possess good communications skills and be able to work cooperatively with tribal staff. Must be willing and able to complete A+ certification within six months. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of computer requirements and techniques associated with developing and designing computers. Ability to analyze and evaluate work of integrated systems of computer programs and/or equipment. Travel to area offices, work some evenings and weekends as needed. Able to type 40 wpm within six months. Possess valid Oregon driver’s license and maintain vehicle insurance. Must be willing to submit to and clear a criminal records/background check. Respond, within knowledge base, to problems reported by users. Troubleshoot computer/printer problems and work with vendor technical support to resolve problems. Assist in developing plan to improve responsiveness to reported problems. Maintain space designated for the computer repair center and the computer lab. Unbox and set up all computer and printer equipment. Set up printers in Windows 95 at user workstations. Install and configure software at user workstations.
