Being Earnest: The Theater Department's winter offering, "The Im portance of Being Earnest" runs Thurs day, Feb. 28 through Saturday, March 2 and Thursday, March 7 through Sat urday, March 9 at 8 p.m. There are two Sunday matinee showings, March 3 and March 10 at 2:30 p.m. Cost is $4 students, $7 general. Seniors are admit ted free with reservation. Student Plays: One act plays will be shown at noon Tuesday, March 12 through Thursday, March 14 in the McLoughlin Theatre. The plays will also run at 8 p.m. on Thursday. Cooking Fast and Healthy: CCC chef Ann E. Grassi teaches a hands- on workshop about preparing meals on a tight schedule. The class will be held from 5-8 p.m. Friday, March 15 in the small dining room. Cost is $35. Call ext. 2444.
