The pain ful story of her childhood includes tragedy as well as triumph, depict ing flawed adults, good and bad, and the forces of human emotional endurance. and Authors' night is a fundraiser for the college’s library organized by English Instructor Allen Widerburg. He has organized the event for the last 14 years and cen ters it around common themes.
