Krieger Dr. Dolores Krieger, inter nationally known nurse and pro fessor at New York University, will present a program on Thera peutic Touch at the College Fri day, Feb. 17, at 7:30 p.m. The program will be held in the College's Community Center building and is sponsored by the College nursing department and the Oregon Nursing Association.
