JV defeats Jeff;
G-Men manhandle Madison 27-14
Frosh undefeated
By equaling the varsity’s score
of 7-6 over Jefferson, the JV
football team remains undefeat
ed this season. The team, coached
by Robert Shewbert and Bill
White, is now preparing to tan
gle with Cleveland next Thurs
day.
THE TEAM has managed to
stay on top of the standings by
defeating Marshall, Franklin,
and Lincoln along with Jeff.
“The team? They are as good as
there is around,” stated coach
White. “The offense is as good
as any that have been at Grant,”
he added.

that is when they made their TD.

G-Men ripped through the Sen
ators’ defense to score four times
in an hour and capture the
Green Division lead.

gained the PAT when Bill Hjelm
tossed a pass to June Jones in
