brings the courts and governm ent into
disrepute and makes bolsheviks, anar

regarding it. Mr. Hawley was asso ci
ated with Emmet S h a rp in the work.

s t a te highway department, were also
there.
T h e disagreem ent is reg arding the
cla s sifica tio n o f c er ta in work that the
eon tra c to r* did on the jo b , they claim
ing one c la s sific a tio n nnd the engineers
rim m in g another.
T h e c las sificatio n
claimed by the c o n tra c to r s would re
suit in the payment to them o f ii c o n
sid erable sum more than they would
get if the c la s sific a tio n o f the engi
neers fo r t h a t particular work were al
lowed to stand. Not being able to

been made.
