FULLERTON CASE EXPECTED TO 00 TO THE JURY YESTERDAY Tho state closed its case against James Fullerton with the calling o f one witness yesterday morning and I* L. Hay, district attorney, opoued the argu ment tor the state. U. E. Slattery, at torney for the defouse, was to plead his case before the jury some time yestcr day followed by 11. L. Hammers ley for the plaintiff. It was expected that the ease would go to the jury yesterday af ternoon.
