o Summer Fishing Season Winds Up Going fishing? Better hold it a minute and take another look at the angling regulations for this year Many of the streams and lakes around the state closed on October 10 with ’he ending of the summer fishing season. In order to go fishing and be legal about it. it will be necessary on the 11th to check the pages in the back of the angling synop sis booklet. Winter regulations be gin on page .38, and instead of listing the closed areas for the winter months, the booklet lists the open waters of the state. In zone 1 or the coastal zone, j the winter season extends from I October 11, 1954 to Febptary 28.
