regular monthly meetings, at least that often, and to sponsor
these boys in other ways also, such as athletic teams in boys
leagues, baseball, basketball, etc. Besides teaching them the
value of our laws and law enforcement problems, we try to
instill in them as much of the civic pride in community
development and local government as possible. They take
part in local charity drives, and other worthwhile community
projects.
In brief, we try to teach them how to become better and
more worthwhile citizens in any community. We do our bit.

officers, it seems to mean more to them than a lot of advice
given to them from other sources.
The best of luck to you, and we hope your plans will
work out, for we think that our younger generation need all
the help they can get.
