from London, England, where he
spent some tim e studying the de­
fense methods of th a t city.
The firs t half day o f the school
was spent in viewing motion, pic­
tures made by Scotland Yards and
released only to officers.

Foot,” showed the effects o f the

cendiary bomb,

cussed at the school. The key to
sabotage is usually found in the
waste paper basket, showing the
necessity o f destroying evidence
of waste paper and carbon paper
by responsible parties.
