Freshmen being Initiated were: Cleora Korstjens, Betty Jean Fisher, Wllda Smith, Nellie Haight, Nellie Stalder, Clifford VanProoyn, Norman Myers and Max Treadwell. A dance will be held at Walker gymnasium Saturday, October 15 to raise money to help buy braces for Howard Keene. A reception was given by the seniors of Walker high for the freshmen Friday evening. The evening was spent playing games and dancing. Refreshments were served to the student body and teachers. Two new students enrolled October 3rd at Walker high.
