The Eugene Guard demonstrates

times, for the Guard has just issued
a splendid 12-page industrial sec­

an eight-page rotogravure section.
W hether this is to be continued

certainly the newspapers of Eugene
have not held down in cost of pro­
duction on account of slack busi­
ness conditions. As a m atter of
fact. It seems to an outsider that
they are setting too fast a pace.
