Chamber Speaker Caught Tearing Down House By Otborne Breaking windows in vacant buildings is a favorite outdoors sport of boys, but tearing down a house is considered carrying things too far. At least five boys were so informed when they were caught tearing away the porch of a vacant house on the Jim Porter ranch cn the hill east of the city. The boys said the house had been vacant for years and had been used as a shel ter for livestock, consequently they did not realize they were doing any damage.
