Mr. and Mrs. M. M. Wheeler, Mrs. W T Summers, Harry Wheeler, of Hoseburg, and the Blackmore family, spent the Fourth by the steel bridge. A H Smith and the Holderman family spent the Fourth down hy the McKenzie river. A large crowd was at the Hudolpt* park on the Fourth. There was an ex cellent program in the morning. After lunch then were sports for the ehil dren. Little June Bolton spent last week with the Sears family and spent the Fourth with her mother, Mrs Sterling Bolton. Mr. and Mrs Jackson, of Portland, visited with Mrs. Jackson’s mother, Mrs. Stennett. YVe have rearranged our shop and the manage ment lias changed hands to Land A. Hart.
