ANNOUNCEMENTS / RELIGION community THURSDAY, JANUARY 16, 2020 Corrections/clarifi cations Creswell deputies work 10-hour days, 40 hours per week, not 10 hours per week as reported in the Jan. 9 edition of The Chronicle regarding a Public Safety Committee. In the Dec.19 edition of The Chronicle it was reported in “Pioneer Cemetery Association lays loved ones to rest” that it was the high school football team that partnered with the cemetery to clean up after the storm. It was the basketball team under varsity boys coach Jesse Thomas. PCA Treasurer Jamie Pyles added that, “They are to be commended not only for being willing to help but in handling themselves with a quiet dignity in a somber setting. I was impressed and felt it demonstrated a quality learned both at home and on the team.” The Chronicle regrets these errors and strives for accuracy. See something incorrect?
