Mr. Spaulding K-12 PE Teacher Vernonia Schools To the Editor, Adventist Health is so pleased to be a part of the Vernonia community. On July 5 we began operating the Vernonia Health Center where we will strive to pro- vide top quality care. We understand that people in the community may be concerned about the changes that are happening in the health center and what it will mean for them. We hope to reassure people that we have an excellent physician on staff, Kelly O’Sullivan MD, who will see any and all patients. There are multiple health in- surance companies with whom we contract including First Health, Provi- dence, Regence, Aetna, United, mul- tiple Medicare Advantage plans, IHN, Family Care, Columbia Pacific CCO and more. Financial assistance is avail- able for uninsured and underinsured patients. No patients are turned away from Adventist Health facilities for lack of funds. He is a sweet boy, gets along well with other dogs, and is very friendly with new people. Koda has proven that he does not do well with chickens, so he prob- ably isn't going to do well with cats either. He is experienced at fence climbing but he never does it to get into trouble, he does it to come and see what we are doing. He loves kids, and really wants to play with them. He loves his ball; he likes to carry it around and really likes people to throw it for him. This kid is sure to please the family that is willing to put the time in with him to make him a great family pet. He is not going to be your average couch potato. He will excel in a home that is forward thinking, does lots of activities with him and makes him work for his food. Please come in and fill out an application to meet Koda. We would love to talk to you about him and see if he is a poten- tial match for your family. Koda's adoption fee is $250.
