Carla Sue Devine was born on June 10, 1958 in Portland, Oregon and Ronan Quinn Tierney passed away, unexpectedly, at her home in West Linn, Oregon on May 21, 2015. Carla lived in Mist, Oregon for the first 4 years of her life and then moved to the Willamette Valley. She attended Tim Brown school in Eugene, Oregon and graduated from North Eugene High School. She lived in Texas and Washington, but most of her life was spent in Oregon. Carla worked for several companies in Oregon as an Inside Sales Rep and a Customer Service Rep.
