Online Guestbook at www.dvfuneralhome.com Another Easter has come and gone, and once again people flocked to churches to celebrate arguably the greatest happening in the history of man, at least in the Bible be- lieving community. Not surprising the week after people returned to their routines……. To everything turn, turn, turn; there is a season turn, turn, turn. Just another Bi- ble truth set to music. I am feeling somewhat between seasons at the moment. Wondering what the next season will bring and trusting God is setting the stage and preparing me/us even now! My prayer is for a church that has no walls and sees no purpose in itself other than to live with passion for the greater good of others. Understanding that, that greater good is God Himself; in Christ Jesus. Thank you to the leadership of the church in Verno- nia and the work you are doing within your churches. God, I know we may attend/go to churches with different names on the door but we teach the same Jesus, the same Bible and that should be enough. I believe in my heart of hearts as you have spoken to it. If we could only join together to meet the real needs in our community as well as we do the within; the Vernonia community would see you and not us. Together we can do so much more than we can apart. To reach a world for 2012 17 You. God you have not let this go in my heart as hard as I have tried to let it go. Will this be the year you move in the hearts of the lead- ers or maybe the people. The time has come for us to talk, heal, reconcile, forgive if need be, whatever it takes for our community to know and see the fullness of Gods church as One church, One Spirit, To the Glory of One God, Jesus Christ! Amen. Question: 1. How can the church help you? 2. What is your view of the faith based com- munity in Vernonia?
