Lunzman, 50, a longtime resident of the Banks community, died Friday morning, February 18, 2011 at the Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. A Celebration of life Service was held on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at the Fuiten, Rose & Hoyt Funeral Home, 2308 Pacific Avenue in Forest Grove, Oregon, with the Reverend C. Eugene Sabin, pastor emeritus of the First Christian Church in Forest Grove, officiating. A Procession followed to the Union Point Cemetery, 41500 N.W. Banks Road in Banks, Oregon for Burial Rites and Interment. RANDI DENISE LUNZMAN was born May 4, 1960 in Portland, Oregon, the daughter of the late Reece W. Gullett and Rachel E. (Bartels) Gullett. She was raised in the Scholls community and attended Groner Grade School and Hillsboro High School, having been a graduate of the Hillsboro High School Class of 1978. She then attended Hillsboro School of Beauty becoming a stylist. Randi served as in instructor for the School of Beauty for two years. She was united in marriage to Richard P. “Rick” Lunzman on September 17, 2000 at the family home in Banks, Oregon. They celebrated their 10 th Wedding Anniversary this past September. Following their marriage they have made their home in the Banks community. Randi had worked as a substitute mail carrier for the Cornelius Post Office for several years and most recently had worked for Northwest Sports Photography in Beaverton as photo finisher for several years. Randi also had a special love for her grandchildren and playing bingo. She was preceded in death by her father, Reece W. Gullett. Survivors include her husband, Richard P. “Rick” Lunzman, of the family home in Banks, Oregon; her mother, Rachel E. Gullett, of Tucson, Arizona; her daughter and a spouse, Dana Taylor, of Banks, Oregon; her stepchildren, Christina and Duane Burgess, of Timber, Oregon; Elizabeth Lunzman, of Hillsboro, Oregon; and Jennifer Lunzman, of Portland, Oregon; her brother and sister-in-law, Reece C. and Lorelei Gullett, of Fairview, Oregon; and her sister-in-law, Barbara J. Berini, of Buxton, Oregon. Also surviving are her eight grandchildren, Liliana Taylor, of Banks, Oregon; Kyle Schillereff, Jeremy Schillereff and Skyler Schillereff, all of Timber, Oregon; Josh McKenzie and Taylor McKenzie, both of North Plains, Oregon; Hannah Perry, of Banks, Oregon and Gabriel Burgess, of Timber, Oregon; and several cousins.
