In addition to the Open Air Market and Art Sale, and Open Mic at the Grange, the June edition of First Friday will feature “Words Are Tools,” a collection of rusty tools and junk, creatively recycled into the mightiest tool of all- the written word. The exhibit is a collection of art created by Paula Hanson, and will feature Live music by Cotton Jenny. Bring an old rusty tool you no longer use and help create a community word. Have something to say to the world? Submit your writings (stories, poetry, jokes, opinions) to the Super Groovy Cosmic Bus on June 6th, and the best will be posted on line. The Bus’s favorite will earn the writer a gift card to the Black Bear. Stop by and check out this happening, next door to The Black Bear on First Friday, June 6th, between 3:00 and 6:00 PM.
