with the Union Sportsmen’s Al-

construct a shooting sports com-

The shooting range will be used
for archery, shotguns, and rifles. A
portion of the money for the proj-

Oregon State Building Trades

land. The third annual dinner will
be held July 13 at the IBEW Local
48 Hall in Northeast Portland. For

Hopkins helps coordinate the an-
nual dinner, and he helped coor-
dinate the project with the Boy
Scouts. Construction volunteers
raised trusses and placed ply-
wood sheeting on the roof. More
volunteers will return to com-
plete the project June 2-3. USA is
a union-dedicated, non-profit

and volunteer their skills for con-

Ever notice that people
say workers are “forced”
to pay union dues?

about being “forced” to
take the pay, benefits and
protections that come with
a union contract.
