Blues Festival April 16 The 5th annual Inner City Blues Festival “Healing the Healthcare Blues” will be held April 16 at the Eagles Lodge, 7611 N. Exeter Ave. (off Lombard), Portland. All proceeds go to the non-profit Health Care for All-Oregon (www.hcao.org), the campaign to bring universal health coverage to everyone.
