Miss Locher’s swim ming team is slowly taking shape and the girls look very good, but football postponed some of the boys starting swim ming. Training for those who were out, began Monday, Nov. 14. Well, here we are again to that timé of the year when a boy’s mind wanders from a football to a basketball. This year there were 48 boys signed up for varsi ty and B squad ball, so the coaches have quite a bit of ma terial to start the season with. West Linn’s first game will be at home December 3 against St. Helens. He’s back again, folks; I mean Fred Carlson and he’s back up at the hospital for an operation on his broken leg so let’s all go up and see him to let him know we miss his presence.
