Notice is hereby given, That under and in pursuance of an order of sale the Circuit Court of Oregon for .la. I son County, made and entered of rec ord in the Journal of said court upon the 14th day of November, 1923, in that certain suit of partition wherein Kelly M. Duncan and Susie Duncan, his wife, are plaintiffs, and Emma Whitten, a widow, Letha Grieve and Frank Grieve, her husband.
