Or , July 24—Twenty four forest fires have started within Klamath County forests within the past two weeks, and all have been ex tinguished, according to the report of Jackson F. Kimball, head of the Klam ath Lake Counties Forest Fire Associa tion. Practically all of the fires reported by Mr. Kimball thus far occurred in District No. 1, which lies in the vicini ty of P kegama. While a few of the tires are believed to have been caused by lightning, most >f them had all the indications of having been carefully planned and set. The total loss thus far has been very light, as they were discovered early and were put out quickly.
