der the seal of the Circuit Court of the
State of Oregon in and for the County
of Jackson, and dated the 27th day of
May, 1916. in a certain suit therein
wherein Mrs. L. R. Parker as Plaintiff
on the 17th day of May, 1916, recover­
ed a judgment against S. T Howard,
for the sum of One Thousand ninety
two and 22-100 ($1092.22) Dollars, with
interest thereon from 17th day of May
1916, at the rate of 10% per annum,
and One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars at­
torney’s fees, together with interest
theron from this date May 17th 1916,
at the rate of 10% per annum, for the
further sum of $132.41 paid by plaintiff
for taxes together with int. thereon
from Feb. 2, 1916, at the rate of 10'/<
per annum and the further sum of
$13.50 costs, which judgment was en-
rolled and docketed in the Clerk’s office
of said Court in said County on the
17th day of May, 1916, and is of record
in Volume 26 of the Circuit Court jour­
