A telegram from Morris Bros, was received Thursday stating that the pro ceedings of the city council in the adoption of the charter, sale of bonds, etc. have been approved by the eastern at torneys of the firm and that if a slight change in one section of the ordinance authorizing the execution and delivery of the bonds, was made, that the firm would pro ceed to have the bonds printed and forwarded for execu tion.
