ford Wednesday.

Chief Shearer of the Medfoid police
force resigned Wednesday. His suc­
cessor has not yet been named.
Miss Katharine Chapman, the mil­
liner, visited in Medford Wednesday,

Fred J. Fick, the popular architect
and builder is walking on a pair of
crutches this week, on account of a
sprained ankle.
A large maple tree at the corner of
the lot west of the court house has
been removed to make room for the
new cement walk.

Dr. R. T. Burnett was in town
