CIRCUIT COURT (Adjourned Session) The Circuit Court was convened in ad journed session Monday morning. A number of cases were called and dis posed of as follows: State of Oregon vs. George Putnam. Dismissed for want of prosecution. Fred Owen and G. A. Culy vs. G. C. Culy. This was an action brought to re-over money alleged to be due to the plaintiffs on account of the sale of cer tain mining claims in 1908. A jury was impanelled and sworn. Jury ren dered a verdict for the defendant. Gus. Newbury Atty, for plaintiffs, A. E. Rearnes, for defendant. Jas. S. Stagg vs. Ida F. Stagg. Order of Court withdrawing demurrer. George E.
