city and Medford. Then if found desirable, the system
can be extended to cover the principal roads of the county.

The Circuit Court was convened in ad­
journed session Monday morning. A
number of cases were called and dis­
posed of as follows:

Dismissed for want of prosecution.

Culy. This was an action brought to
re-over money alleged to be due to the
plaintiffs on account of the sale of cer­
tain mining claims in 1908. A jury
was impanelled and sworn. Jury ren­
dered a verdict for the defendant.
