Oliver Smith, executor of the estate of
Martha Jane Smith, deceased, has

advising their readers to vote "no" on all initiative
and referendum measures found on the ballot at the
coming election. No one with a spoonful of brains or
the smallest atom of patriotism would advocate such a
mode of procedure. No doubt there will be measures
which ought, to be killed (and we believe that nil such
will I kill,.)); but there are (.there which mean much
for the well-being of humanity and the development

Evidently the Courier does not think very much of the
army, Colonel Hofer, High Kick of the Noes, has mustered
into the service.

forty-nine years of age and a lawyer.

account and estate, should not be
made.

A Mild Accusation.
