A Dairy Bull Registration Board ia created. The staff of the de partment of Husbandry of 0. A. C. ie named aa the Board. No bull can be sold uaiees it is licensed by the Board. To receive a license, the owner of the bull must apply to the hoard for a li cense and moat aecoaapaay hia hie ap plication by a ragistratioa blank from the breed association shewing that hia bull boa been registered. He meet al so present a certifieete »bowing that the animal ia free from infectious dis ease. Upon fulfilling these require ments and paying a fee of 91.00 he will be issued a license by the board. The law only applies to bulla of dairy breeds (Holstein*, Gsurnsevs. Jerseys, Ayrshires and Brown Swiss), that are to be used for breeding purposes, it has nothing whatever to do with the sale of scrub bulls or inferior pure bred bulla for meat. It does not prohibit the use of a scrub bull by a man who wants to breed for himself.
