But such a voice has Josephine Martino, who will make her first western Chautauqua (our under Ellison-White direction this year. The great tenor has coached Miss Martino in several o f the operatic numbers she will use this summer. She appears only on the closing night. Miss Martino has been engaged by the Edison company to make a series o f records, and she will he one of their regularly advertised "Recreation A rtists" next season. “ Musical America” says, “ Miss Martino is a young woman fo r whom a great career is promised.” One of the biggest problems to day confronting motorists in the cities is finding parking space and getting their car in parallel with the curb after they have found it and it is right here that a good many car owners sigli for a steam steer ing gear. With a Maxwell you don’t feel ns though you hail done a day’s work after squeezing into a tight hole. There are lots of nice little things about- this steering gear which are appreciated when the car ahead of you suddenly stops and you have to handle the wheel with your right hand while signaling with your left, or when after making a wide turn at speed the wheel comes au tomatically to the straightaway position.
