City Council Proceedings.

man, W. B. Million.

cers read and placed on file.
The attention of the Council was
called the fact that parties have been
cutting trees along the banks of Ashland
creek, thereby damaging the creek.
The City attorney was instructed to as

done to prevent such vandalism.
The following resolution was read and
unanamously adopted, viz:
“R esolved , that the City Council in

Ashland, to an examination of the Ash
land forest reserve, and that for this

Mayor shall be chairman, shall be ap
pointed to tender to said Commission

The Mayor appointed the members of
