There are a few interior precincts that have not l>een heard from, but their bal lots w ill have no effect upon the result. Pennoyer is elected Mayor of Portland by a large majority. Robert 8. Bean, Republican, is elected Supreme Judge by a majority of 10,000. Latest returns indicate that Tongue is I »eaten by 200 to 300. As the returns now stand, the legisla ture will l>e made up as follows:’ Re publicans, 50; Populists, 12; Democrats, 6; Union-Bimetallists, 3; Mitchell-Re- publicans, 3.
