BOAT BOTTOM SIDE UP
i TELLS MUTE STORY
MARSHF1ELD, Or., July 21. The
lifesaving crew and fishermen are
today searching for an overturned
boat which has been reported four
miles, off the mouth of the Coqnillc

Smith.
The captain sent a wireless mes
sage here telling of the wreck, but
said he could not make out the name.
It appeared to be the hull of a barge
or gasoline boat. No boat has been
reported missing at this port. Ther'j
is little doubt among old "suits" hcic
that some lives have been lost.
