They arrived Saturday and will look over the valley. Arthur Petera, P. M. Eaton, My ron and Alnlon R. Eaton of Water. town, Wisconsin, arrived late last evening, and while In the valley will visit with Charlea Dlorleln. Sam Glasgow, W. A. Emerlck, vho has re cently returned from tho Seattle fair, left yesterday for Ashland, whoro she resides. She has been visiting her son, V. J. Emerlck. Mrs. J. J. Chamberlain and her daughters, Florence and Annie, left last night for Valley City, North Da kota, after a week's visit with Mr. and Mrs. Gus Miller of this city. J. T. Johnson left for Los Angeles yesterday after a few days looking over the valley, with which he was very favorably Impressed and will undoubtedly return In the near fu ture. Mr. and Mrs. James F. Fltzgerild of Ottowa, Kansas, lift for honic yesterday. They have been looking over the vnllcy and were very much pleased with Mcdtord and the Rogue River country. Miss Nellie Dressier leaves to night for Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. She has attended school here and her host of friends wish her a suc cessful trip and a pleasant and happy sojourn In her new home. Mrs. F. W. Reed left for Oakland yesterday and liar husband expects to leave Monday. Mr. Reed has ac cepted the position of ruperintend cnt of machinery tor the California Colonization company of California. Misses Venna and Grace Finney of Los Angeles, who recently toured through Alaska and visited tho A-Y-P. fair at S- attje, left Medford for their home Saturday.
