the conrt house.
San Jose has potitioned its supervisors
for a pnblic uicrgue.
A paper trust is the latest monopoly
organized in the East.
Lumber has advanced in price 20 to
85 per cent at Portland.
The dock strike on the isthmus of
Panama has been compromised.
The whisky trust has been enjoined
from reorganizing in New York.
