relationships, of large migrations,
of survival of the fi ttest. For most
people, Africa offers the possibility
of witnessing, fi rsthand, some of
the most spectacular events in the
animal kingdom. Ever encountered
a lion on foot, watched a hyena
stick its head into a hippo carcass,
seen a leopard in a tree?
All ages are welcome to join
husband and wife team Donna and
Jim (and friends) as they explore
the southern African landscape as
Rudyard Kipling saw it.
Attendees will hear stories of
amazing wildlife encounters accom-

mammals of the Okavango Delta,
in central Botswana, as well as the
deserts of northern Namibia.
