Continues to Hunt Sender of False 'Flash' NEW YORK, Aug, 14 (UP) The United Press stepped up its investigation today into the false surrender flash which was fed into its wire system Snnday night. A reward of $5,000 was offered by the U, P. for the Identification and conviction of the person re sponsible.
