For the underlying cause of such disorders is the fact that ordinary democratic processes have leen suspended. Hacked and torn by cross-currents of passiun. resentment, and des pair that have been in the making ever since the war, the central European peoples have no way of expressing them selves but with guns. Germany furnished an object lesson a few weeks ago. Dis content with the way the Nazi policies were working out came to a head and demanded expression.
