Chairman Scott, aald, by which Northwest Oregon wlU get 47.31 per cent of the money: Southwest Ore gon will receive 1725 per cent; 14.34 per cent will go to Central Oregon, and 20.10 per cent to Eastern Oregon. Scott explained that this ratio was worked out on this basis: population 60 per cent, area 30 per cent, and rood mileage. 10 per cent. He said the federal ratio by which the money comes Oregon would. If applied to the- distribution, allocate, less to. (he northwest division, and more to the Eastern Oregon section. Other funds, too, will be available for Oregon road. work.
